SoloZone creates effective microclimates
The SoloZone personal heater provides safe, low cost, effective heat where it’s most needed – under the desk or workstation. Even though the room thermostat may be reading 21°C, the area under the desk is rarely at that temperature. Cold surfaces, draughts, humidity below 40% or higher than 60% and proximity to outside walls can all make that small area seem cold. Then, of course, there’s no escaping the effects of human biology i.e. gender and age.
SoloZone overcomes these challenges by providing consistent radiant heat to surfaces and not the surrounding air. It delivers draught-free warmth, improved air quality due to reduced dust circulation, lower humidity loss, silent operation, and lower energy costs through individual delayed OFF time control, as and when needed. And all of this at a running cost of 4p per hour.
SoloZone cannot replace the existing main heating system but presents an opportunity to gradually reduce the overall ambient temperature and eliminate, once and for all, dangerous portable heaters. This can lead to substantial energy savings.

Installation is easy and can normally be completed in under 10 minutes, as long as there is sufficient clear space under the desk or workstation to accommodate the heater. It fits to standard or adjustable desks.
Operation is simple. Just select the required time on the remote and press ON. The heater will automatically deactivate once the time has elapsed. If you want to interrupt the setting at any time, simply press the OFF button.
